Schedule:

Arrival:          Friday - Scraproom Opens at 11 am  

Chocolate Fountain Reception begins at 8 pm

Departure:    Sunday - Checkout at 11 am 

Lodging options for every budget: Choose from our luxurious cabins, deluxe hotel rooms or our comfy economy bunk rooms.  Bring friends and share a cabin/room to save $$$.  We'll open the scrap room Thursday for those who want to stay an extra night.  We don't provide food, but you can get more scrap booking done and take some time to enjoy some local sights, restaurants and one of the popular hot springs! This is an awesome deal.   Spaces is limited - don't miss out!

Some cropping tools will be available for use during the event. Lots of scrapping fun in a gorgeous setting!

Your host, Jani Aguilar, will be offering Make 'n Take sessions, lessons including digital options & will have an assortment of product available for sale.

Food: Meals will be cooked and served family style.  Food service begins with a Friday evening desert, includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and ends with breakfast on Sunday.  

 Accommodations: Participants can choose between a private room in one of our lovely cabins, or can choose to stay in one of our Bunk House Lodge Rooms (Private rooms that sleep 4 to 6 people in pillow top bunks - great for friends and camaraderie).  Cabins can sleep up to 8 people - get your own group together and share a cabin!  Cabin room space is limited and are available on a first come first served basis.   (Cabin & Lodge Room images / descriptions are available in the "Vacation Cabin" link above.) Options - You may choose to arrive early or stay late if you like.  We will provide the scrap booking room during your stay.  Unbelievable discounts are available to attendees for lodging extensions on Thursday or Sunday nights.  Special rates are too low to publish.  Extended use of room needs to prearranged to ensure we are ready when you arrive.
